We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mission Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a volunteer in this role, you'd be instrumental in supporting the foundation's outreach and engagement efforts with potential partner organizations.
Your role helps ensure that these connections are made efficiently and thoughtfully.
Duties
Identify and contact organizations aligned with The Brickers Foundation’s focus areas: youth, employment, financial literacy, small business education, health & wellness, and social justice.
Share information about partnership opportunities and assess interest.
Schedule and organize virtual or in-person meetings between foundation representatives and potential partners.
Prepare interview materials and ensure smooth communication flow.
Track engagement progress and follow up with organizations post-interview.
Maintain records of outreach efforts, responses, and outcomes.
Provide regular updates to the foundation team on partnership development.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
