Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sponsor Coordinator to join our team. As a Sponsor Coordinator Volunteer, you’ll play a key role in expanding the Brickers Foundation’s reach and impact by building meaningful relationships with potential sponsors and partners. You’ll be the bridge between our mission and the organizations that can help us grow.

Duties

  • Conduct outreach to targeted businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations

  • Present sponsorship and partnership opportunities aligned with the Foundation’s goals

  • Maintain a database of contacts, communications, and follow-ups

  • Collaborate with the events and fundraising teams to align sponsor needs with Foundation initiatives

  • Assist in developing sponsorship packages and promotional materials

  • Represent the Foundation professionally and passionately in all communications

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship-building

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or nonprofit development is a plus

  • Passion for community service and the Foundation’s mission
